Dear Ladies, Gentlemen and Colleagues,

It is a pleasure for me to welcome you to the site of the International Scientific Forum “Ryskulov Readings”!

Since 2006 the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulov has held International Scientific Forum "Ryskulov Readings", which gathers scholars and practitioners of near and far abroad to discuss the current theoretical and practical issues of the National and World Economy.

Among the participants and guests of the last five "Ryskulov Readings" were the Nobel Prize winner Edmund Phelps, well-known scientists from Russia, the USA, the UK, France, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Turkey, Japan, the South Korea, China, India, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan.

The main purpose of the forum - the exchange of innovative scientific ideas, knowledge and practical experience, as well as the consolidation of educational, scientific and business community for solving current and future problems of economic and social modernization.

A variety of events - conferences, seminars, round tables discussion are conducted in the framework of «Ryskulov Readings» each year.

Previous Ryskulov Readings were focused on actual problems of modern economy, such as establishing an innovative model of the national economy, cooperation between business, science and education, causes and realities of the global economic crisis. The agenda changes annually depending on the relevant challenges of the world economy.

At present, the problems of socio-economic modernization of the national economy and integration into the world economy become a subject of discussion of the world's scientific community, business-communities, government and nongovernment organizations as well.
